Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR & Operations Manager to serve as the backbone of our organization’s people operation. You will be responsible for harmonizing our people strategy with our daily business processes, ensuring that our team is empowered and our operations are lean, efficient, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources: Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Operational Oversight: Streamline workflows and coordinate across departments to improve overall business productivity and reduce waste.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement company policies while ensuring 100% adherence to local labor laws and safety regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Assist leadership in forecasting staffing needs and translating business goals into actionable operational plans.
- Resource Management: Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR and/or Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
